3102 VisART is a versatile event space with some unique features. We have a full AV system complete with subwoofer, pa, and spotlights—perfect for live music. Throw in a retractable movie screen and a projector and it becomes an affordable meeting space for a speaker with a presentation. With this configuration, you now have a theatre with access to the largest movie archive on the east coast for a rare cinematic experience. This makes for a cool place for a birthday party or your own private theatre with dinner, or a movie night out for the entire family.

If you’re a film student or aspiring movie director, 3102 VisART is just the place to screen your own creations. The possibilities are endless.

The indoor portion of 3102 can seat about 24 people. The live music configuration capacity is 125. You also have access to our beautiful garden patio next door, which can seat about 20-30 people.
This provides you with the unique opportunity to project the stage or screen outdoors in the garden, at the same time.
We want to provide you with an experience that is as unique as our event space. We are happy to discuss customized options, services, and menus to make your event or occasion one to remember.

As a non-profit, your fees are tax-deductible. Your patronage and your donations are always appreciated. This helps us preserve this experience and to educate the community about movie-making and preserving this very important art form.
