VisArt and New Wonk City present: The Odd-yssey – comedy-play – Christine McLennan & Company

After Paul Platt’s whimsey is stolen (gasp!), he must descend to the bottom of the ocean with his friend Davey Jones (Nathan Baker) and the mysterious Ekim Ztom (Meara Phelps). Along the way they’ll meet a variety of seafaring creatures, played by Christine McLennan, who will aid Paul in his quest to find his whimsey once more.

Part comedy and part play; featuring standup, music, video, and more- the Odd-yssey is the newest production from Charlotte’s favorite alternative comedy group New Wonk City. Previous shows include “Y’alloween” the world’s first haunted trail comedy show, and their hit show “Powerpointless.”
